  4. Do not use the GU command for User File untangle if using Double Dos
  5. for multiuser.. If so, you will crash with a Ufile.lck busy...
  6. This will also generate a file called Ufile.lck and has to be erased
  7. before rebooting...

  14. The new version 98v requires an untangle of the user.dat file and
  15. cannot, repeat, cannot be performed with the GU command when using
  16. DDos...
  17.  
  18. After correcting/changing the config and other files, type from the 
  19. computer prompt "userwork", there is an EXE file with instructions in
  20. the program and this will untangle your user.dat for 98v....
  21.  
  22. Also you will note another new file called "mailwork.exe" that is
  23. called upon by the PBBS command GM for closing up the mail file. This
  24. one works A-OK....

  26. Be sure and copy USERWORK.EXE and MAILWORK.EXE onto you bbs directory.

  33. The file KAM2PORT.TXT are instructions on how to make the KAM work
  34. with either the HF or VHF port (one at a time naturally).
